Mindfulness Based Arts and Stress Reduction
(MBASR)
4 or 8 session blocks are available. All sessions are 2 & 1/2 hours. Each group will focus on a new mindfulness or relaxation technique and learn ways to make pottery. And of course, enjoy food and drinks in the company of your peers.
