Health and wellness skill building is never truly a one size fits all. First we must meet a person or group where they are at, and then build from there. Not everyone starts at the same place, with the same set of skills.

Individual

  • 1:1 coaching that will change your life.
  • 6 or 12 60-minute, or 90-minute video or in person sessions (if local).
  • Establish a unique plan of action based on your needs.
  • Each session will build on the skills of the last, allow for time to review on previous session, answer questions and plan for the upcoming weeks work and new information learned.
  • Meet at a frequency that is conducive to skill building requirements, homework completion and mutually convenient within a 6 or 12 month time frame (depending on package chosen).


Group

  • Post-retreat small group coaching to maintain skills, learn new ones and establish new goals.
  • Small business coaching to ease the strain of staff conflicts and improve work flow, , productivity, communication and moral.
  • Corporate retreats or intensives to reduce stress and anxiety amongst your personnel, using proven methods that are immersive and creative, not just your simple round-table discussions or power point display.
  • Package will vary based on the needs of the group. Each program is made to fit the system it is being created for.
